Kids U 32 is a nonprofit organization that brings children of all ethnicities and backgrounds together on a level playing field. Often, children grow up without interacting with peers from different races or socioeconomic backgrounds, leading to perceptions shaped by social media and stereotypes rather than personal experiences. Sideline Connect seeks to change this by bringing children together while they are still young, allowing them to interact, learn from, and form friendships with each other before bias and prejudice can take hold.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide children from all ethnicities and cultures with an effective platform that fosters opportunities to grow and learn through media. We are passionate about helping children to embrace themselves and celebrate their differences.
To build an organization that takes the lead in equipping and molding the youth for a greater tomorrow. We will teach all children who work with us the life skills of mental organization and planning while improving their literacy and technical skills as well.
Kids U32 offers various programs to achieve its mission:
• Sports & Fitness Program: Collaborates with fitness organizations to educate youth about healthy lifestyles and sports training.
• Digital Media & Journalism Program: Provides hands-on experience in sports reporting, video production, and interviewing techniques.
• Financial Literacy & Business Education: Teaches students about budgeting, business planning, and financial decision-making.

Urban Agriculture Engagement Program
At Sideline Connect, we’re committed to empowering youth through diverse educational experiences. Our Urban Agriculture Engagement Program offers hands-on opportunities for young individuals to immerse themselves in sustainable urban farming practices, fostering a deeper connection with the environment and their community.
Program Highlights:
• Community Gardens: Participants engage in the cultivation and tillage of soil, planting, and harvesting a variety of crops. This hands-on experience not only teaches agricultural skills but also promotes teamwork and responsibility.
• Urban Farming Workshops: We offer workshops on innovative urban farming techniques, including hydroponics and aquaponics, allowing youth to explore modern methods of food production in urban settings.
• Livestock Care: Our program includes the care and management of small livestock, such as poultry and rabbits, providing insights into animal husbandry and the responsibilities of raising animals.
• Farm-to-Table Initiatives: Participants experience the full cycle of food production, from growing and harvesting to preparing and enjoying nutritious meals, emphasizing the importance of sustainable food systems.
Join our team of dedicated volunteers and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Whether it's serving meals at a homeless shelter or mentoring a child in need, there are many ways to get involved and give back.

"FALL FORWARD"
Founder
Lernard Mack, the founder, hails from the Houston, Texas area and primarily resides in Texas and Southern California. His earnest desire lies in contributing to the welfare of others.
Mack pursued his education at Texas Southern University, where he excelled as a three-time All-American linebacker and Defensive Player of the Year in D1AA in 2000. Following his graduation with a bachelor's degree in business management, he carried forward his fervor for football by venturing into the Arena Football League, where he played for an impressive six years.
Following the culmination of his arena football career, Mack ventured into the medical field for 15 years while coaching on the side at Cathedral Catholic High School. Coaching high school football proved to be a transformative experience for Mack. Remarkably, every player he mentored during his six-year tenure at Cathedral Catholic went on to pursue college football.
Mack's vision and objective revolve around continuing to make a positive impact on the lives of children by instilling in them the same fundamental skills and values he acquired from his own role models, mentors, and sporting endeavors. His aim is to assist children in their pursuit of goals and dreams through the teachings of hard work, resilience, perseverance, and fortitude.
