Lernard Mack, the founder of Sidelineconnect.com and Kids U32, hails from Houston, Texas, and divides his time between Texas and Southern California. His unwavering passion is creating opportunities that uplift youth, families, and entire communities.
Mack’s journey began at Texas Southern University, where he distinguished himself as a three-time All-American linebacker and earned Defensive Player of the Year honors in D1AA in 2000. After completing his bachelor’s degree in business management, he pursued his football dreams by playing six successful seasons in the Arena Football League.
When his professional playing career ended, Mack seamlessly transitioned into the medical field, dedicating 15 years to patient care and health services. Simultaneously, he found a deeper calling in mentoring young athletes. While coaching at Cathedral Catholic High School, he helped shape the lives of dozens of young men — notably, every player under his guidance went on to play college football.
Today, Mack channels his vision into two transformative platforms: Sidelineconnect.com, a hub for athlete exposure, NIL opportunities, and community engagement, and Kids U32, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth through environmental literacy, sports, and technology. Through these initiatives, Mack is building a legacy rooted in leadership, perseverance, and giving back.
His mission is clear: to equip the next generation with the skills, values, and confidence they need to chase their dreams — whether on the field, in the classroom, or throughout life. By teaching hard work, resilience, and character, Mack continues to pay forward the lessons he learned from his own mentors, determined to make a lasting impact on countless young lives.
