Kid Reporters Program

At Sideline Connect, our Kid Reporters are the next generation of storytellers, journalists, and media professionals. This program gives youth hands-on experience in reporting, interviewing, and media production while fostering essential skills like communication, critical thinking, and leadership.

What Kid Reporters Do:

  •   Cover Major Events – Report live from sports games, entertainment events, award shows, and community initiatives.

  •   Conduct Interviews – Speak with athletes, celebrities, business leaders, and change-makers to share unique perspectives.

  •   Create Digital Content – Produce articles, videos, and social media content that inform and inspire audiences.

  •   Develop Media & Journalism

 Skills – Learn ethical storytelling, research techniques, and content creation.

  •   Engage in Neuroscience & Media Research – 

Participate in studies on how media impacts cognitive development and youth empowerment.

By giving kids a voice in media, Sideline Connect ensures that young journalists shape the narratives of the future, breaking barriers and telling stories that matter.
